These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2222bte ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account on 2222bte, completing the 2222bte login process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2222bte's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 2222bte account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

2222bte does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 2222bte will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

The 2222bte platform, its content, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2222bte with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
